My husband Daniel and I got married in mid June at this amazing venue. Right from the very begging, the service and friendliness of the staff was palpable. Our initial impression of the venue on our first viewing was that we loved the relaxed vibe and the beautiful outdoor gardens and trees that surrounded the property. We had been to see 3 other venues prior, and it was superior in many ways (including it being the best price for what we wanted). We met our amazing wedding coordinator Leticia on this day, who continued with us for the next year, helping us plan our special day. We could not have asked for a better venue to have our wedding. The bridal party stayed in the bridal homestead, which was comfy, cosy and very beautiful for photos! We had our ceremony on the croquet lawn, and the beautiful wooden arbour suited our aesthetic perfectly. Coolibah staff added some beautiful touches such as white draping. Following the ceremony, the champagne tower was waiting for us infront of the newly build water fountain (which was stunning!!). And again Leticia outdid herself with the little details, like yellow ribbon and a bud vase for styling. The canapes were also 10/10. The reception venue was newly renovated, compared to our initial visit. The renovations were so stunning, chic and modern, it made us so happy to celebrate in such a beautiful venue!! The food again was amazing and we opted to have our cake made by the venue. The cake was the raspberry chocolate cheesecake and WOW I can't stop thinking about how delicious that cake was! The staff were so helpful, attentative and kind which made the whole experience delightful. They also loved and welcomed our fur baby Henry to roam around on his leash within the venue, which was so special for us. Another huge shout out to Leticia who I know was the reason our day ran so smoothly and without a fault. She is such a beautiful person and a master at her job. I mentioned to her the morning of the wedding that I was thinking of hiring a content creator but didn't get around to it, so on top of all that she was doing, she captured some special moments on her iPhone for Daniel and I to watch back on whilst we were on our honeymoon. This is just one of the many ways she went above and beyond! Thankyou to Leticia and all of the Coolibah staff. Daniel and I will always hold a special place in our hearts for Coolibah Downs ❤️ We will cherish the memories made here forever.

We had the most wonderful experience at Coolibah Downs for our wedding. Barbara and her team were outstanding, supportive, and helpful at every stage of our planning journey. They consistently checked in with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our choices and how things were set up and organized. The venue was beautifully decorated, the food was amazing, and the service team was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was stress-free, handling every detail with care and efficiency. Their professionalism and attention to detail ensured that the entire event was relaxed and enjoyable for everyone. It was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a more dedicated team to make our wedding perfect. The level of service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you Barbara and team at Coolibah Downs, for making our wedding day an unforgettable experience x

Attended a funeral here in the tiny church. Beautiful grounds. The front grounds are going through some earthworks, new driveway down the hill to the church. Lots of parking at the top of the hill, gravel area (see pic). Then walk down a steep hill to the tiny church. Nice place, good location.
