I have been a tenant for the past 2 years and I can highly recommend the experience of living here as an international student living off campus. The management recently changed this year and I definitely saw an immediate material improvement in the amenities in and outside the apartment. The new general manager and assistant general manager, Ty and Jeremy have been really proactive and very efficient in improving the place. Not to mention how close is it on campus.
