Really responsive and fast. I appreciated everyone I dealt with on this company's team - including the plumbers Nathan and Kyle. Jenny in the office was very communicative and made sure I knew when the technicians were arriving. They thoroughly estimated what was a major water line break and replaced all the old galvanized line to code. After finishing the day long job, they went around to every faucet, shower, toilet and hose to make sure that things were working properly. When we had some snafus, the company made sure that I was treated fairly and I have come away feeling like I can trust the judgment of everyone at Capital City. They are my new plumbing company! Highly recommend.

We recently discovered we had a leak of over 60 gallons per hour and called capital city and a few others. They were the first one to respond and the only one who actually gave a price estimate when they responded. Mike came out and pressure tested our system and discovered the leak was on one of the cold lines. He and his helper searched for hours trying to figure out where the pipe enters my house from the meter and kept me informed throughout. They ended up finding the leak (which was not visible at all) and replaced the pipe which was super impressive since it ran under my driveway. He was professional, friendly, and I'd have no hesitation in contacting them for any future plumbing issues or installs.

I've never "enjoyed" having a plumber. Yes, most cases start with some need that makes me grumpy before they ever get here. But the clarity, proactive communication, quality of work, and helpful attitude were above and beyond. I wish they cut hair, tutored kids, and ran a hospital. So grateful and we are customers for life.
